NOTICE OF VIRTUAL COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETING REGARDING ADULT-USE MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT

Notice is hereby given that PureOasis, LLC (“PureOasis”) will hold a Virtual Community Outreach Meeting via Zoom on June 10, 2021 at 6:00 PM relative to its proposal to locate an Adult-Use Marijuana Establishment as a Marijuana Cultivator at 620 Spring Street, Dighton, Massachusetts, 02764 with associated parking located at the following properties 0 Park Street, Dighton, MA 02764 (Assessor’s ID: 004.0-0171-0000.0, including 004.0-0171-0000.A and 004.0-0183-0000.0), 0 Bedford Street, Dighton, MA 02764 (Assessor’s ID: 004.0-0184-0002.0), 0 Mt. Hope Street, Street, Dighton, MA 02764 (Assessor’s ID: 004.0-0185-0000.0), and 0 Summer Street, Dighton, MA 02764 (Assessor’s ID: 004.0-0405-0000.0), pursuant to M.G.L. Ch. 94G and Chapter 55 of the Acts of 2017, other applicable laws and regulations promulgated thereunder, including those promulgated thereunder by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission.

This Virtual Community Outreach Meeting will be held in accordance with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission’s Administrative Order Allowing Virtual Web-Based Community Outreach Meetings and the applicable requirements set forth in M.G.L. ch. 94G and 935 CMR 500.000 et seq.

Information presented at the community outreach meeting will include, but not be limited to:

• The type(s) of Adult-use Marijuana Establishment to be located at the proposed address;
• Information adequate to demonstrate that the Adult-use Marijuana Establishment location will be maintained securely;
• Steps to be taken by the Adult-use Marijuana Establishment to prevent diversion to minors;
• A plan by the Marijuana Establishment to positively impact the community; and
• Information adequate to demonstrate that the location will not constitute a nuisance to the community by noise, odor, dust, glare, fumes, vibration, heat, or other conditions likely to cause nuisance.
